Bob & Lynnae and Kids

Feeding the ducks (or should I say the kids :) )

Bob had to work late Wednesday evening so I decided to take the kids to the park for a picnic and some duck feeding. We went to the park that's by Becca's old condo (Yay, she's finally out of there!). They've closed off the walkway to the pond, but we could still feed the ducks over the fence. Each of the kids took a turn feeding the ducks although Joseph fed himself more than he fed them. :) They really enjoyed watching the ducklings (right) catch the bread.

We ate our KFC and then had fun playing on the playground. The kids even made a new friend; Kylie. They did the "train" down the slide with her quite a few times.

I sure love spending time like that with my kids!

Kaylee's first day as a gymnast

Kaylee started gymnastics three weeks ago (here she is practicing balance beam). She's really enjoying it, and her natural flexiblility makes it easy for her. I like the "academy" she's going to, but it's pretty intense gymnastics. She'll certainly learn a lot, but I'll have to make sure she learns without loosing her childhood to it :).

Her two years of tap/ballet experience is helpful in her learning. She has said that in order to be a cheerleader when she grows up she has to know dance and gymnastics. :) We're just helping her reach her goal as best we can.

My first blog ever....

After much consulting with my sister-in-law Jenni :), I decided it would be really nice for our family to have a blog.

So, here's my fam....(picture will be posted soon)

Bob, me, Robert (7), Kaylee (5) and Joseph (1). I have such a great family! They're so fun and I really love them! I've have been blessed far more than I expected to be or deserve to be.

Well, that's all I have to say for this entry, but I will post more after some upcoming events.
